The Real Deal will not be meeting on Friday, December 9th due to the facility being closed. It will resume meeting as usual the following Friday.

The ASC meeting will be held on December 18th, which is the third Sunday of the month, instead of the usual fourth Sunday. Please be sure and hold your monthly business meeting one week earlier than usual.

The ASC will resume meeting as usual in January, on the fourth Sunday.

The ASC is currently looking for a Regional NA Youth Committee Representative.
Requirements:
1) One year clean
2) An active interest in the issues confronting young people recovering in Southern California NA
3) The willingness and commitment to attend a monthly SCRNAYC meeting
4) The willingness and commitment to attend a monthly GHASC meeting
5) The NAYC Representative may also serve as a GHANA GSR

If interested, contact the ASC chair or attend the next Area Service Committee meeting.

• Subcommittee needs a Vice Chair.
• Next meeting on December 18th, 2pm, at Plummer Park. Please note this is the third Sunday, not the fourth as usual, because the ASC is meeting one week earlier as well.

• There will be an undecided area activity on June 30th, 2012.
• The region has requested a member of the Hollywood Area to read a reading at the meeting at the regional New Year’s Eve event in Glendale. Contact the Activities chair if interested.
• Meeting in conjunction with Unity Day subcommittee until after Unity Day. Next meeting will be December 18th at 2pm in Plummer Park.
